Every campaign setting has things that make it unique and enhance the flavor, an underdark campaign is no different and in fact perhaps needs it more so.  The available spells should reflect the dangers of the underdark and how spell casters have used magic to overcome them.  Eventually the setting will have enough spells where specific caster lists will be needed for better origanization, for now all of the new d20 spells will be in a single spell list below.

Ablative Sphere
Creates a hazy sphere around you that provides DR 5/+1 but hinders your own outgoing attacks, providing the same bonus to your targets.
Black Lightning
Creates a ranged attack of crackling black lightning that deals 1d6 points of damage/2 levels (half electricity/half evil energy).
Blindsight
Grants the ability of blindsight of 30-foot radius to one target for 1 hour per level
Blindsight, Greater
Grants the ability of blindsight of 60-foot radius to one target for 1 hour per level
Bone Legs
Animates a pair of skeletal legs that hold 100 lb./level.
Call Construct
Calls a construct you have permanent control to your location.
Cone of Shadows
Shadowy cone that causes 1d6 per 2 levels (max 5d6) and possible darkness
Create Dark Familiar
Create an undead familiar from the body of a dead familiar
Darkvision, Greater
See 120 ft. in total darkness, including magical darkness of lesser level.
Darkvision, Lesser
See 5 ft. in total darkness.
Delay Starvation
Delays the negative effects of food deprivation for 24 hours.
Improved Mage Hand
The hand can lift 10 lbs./level telekinesis.
Quagmire
Turns a 5-ft. section of stone floor into a muddy quagmire that causes entering opponents entering to slip and fall.
Safe Fall
Objects or creatures fall at normal speed until just before impact, then float slowly to rest.
School Suppression
Like Antimagic Field except for a single school of magic
Superior Magic Weapon
Weapon or weapons gain +1/3 levels (max +5) and may forfeit up to +1 enchantment bonus to gain a +1-weaponequivalent property.
Ventilate Air
Freshens the air so it becomes clean and breathable.
Wall of Earth
Creates a wall of packed earth up to 1 inch thick/level, with hardness 1 and 10 hit points per inch of thickness.
Wall of Webs
Creates a wall of webs
Web Trap
Creates a trap that will fill an area full of webs
Wizard's Compass
Small globe in the palm of the caster's hand to determine direction
Work MetalSculpts metal into any form.
