Noble’s Cloak

This cloak is made from fine silk and seems to ignore the wear and tear of daily life. They are a favorite item by drow nobles during travel between locations.  The magic of the necklace wraps the wearer in a shell of fresh air, making him immune to all harmful vapors and gases (natural or magical in nature) and allowing him to breathe in any environment.  In addition whenever the wearer draws the hood up over his head, it gives the wearer a +5 competence bonus on all hide checks.
