Usually appears to be a blank slab of granite measuring about 18 inches by 12 inches and ¾ inch thick, they are usually light grey in color however can be found in a wide assortment of colors such as black, green or red.

It is unsure who originally unlocked the secrets of using the magically infused granite first but currently there are a few who have crafted these spell pages.  Anyone who uses spell books and spends a few moments closely inspecting this item that makes a successful spellcraft check (DC 15) will release what it is and how to use it.  This item acts as a spell book that allows any spell caster who requires a spell to record and prepare spells from as if it were an actual spell book.  A granite spellpage can hold up to 30 spells and requires the normal amount of time and cost to add new spells to it.  A newly crafted granite spellpage is blank, if one is recovered as part of treasure it could have spells already placed upon it at the discretion of the dungeon master.  The value of the item should be increased accordingly.
