Item Designer is a one of a kind tool, it allows the user to quickly create profesional stat blocks for weapons and armor with a complete description.  After making a few sections from the user interface and then pressing the button "Generate" will quickly handle all of the detail work for you.  It even allows you to allow for the random chance for Intelligent Item Generation or if needed, you can select yes or no to this option.
