This item appears to be a fancy, cylindrical, blue glass perfume bottle with gold decoration and a single 500gp sapphire mounted to the inside bottom. This item will create a variety of potions from lesser components that are placed in the bottle.
If these new potions are poured into a seperate container they loose their effectiveness in 10 rounds and revert to the original components used orignially. This item will function 3 times per day
• When the bottle is filled with fresh water, sealed with the stopper, then shaken briskly for 5 Rounds, the water will become a Potion of Cure Moderate Wounds.
• If the bottle is filled with milk and a pinch with soft dirt, it will produce a Potion of Tongues.
• If the bottle is filled with wine, the wine will become a Potion of Neutralize Poison.
• A spider placed inside the bottle and filled with lamp oil, will produce a Potion of Spider Climb.
